Floating Offshore Wind Farm Project in the Mediterranean Sea

Jake Crosby at the project in the Mediterranean Sea

The Tadek Ocean Engineering team of 18 engineers are made up of around 6 project engineers and 12 naval architects & mechanical engineers. We take pride in delivering a complete solution to projects, operational work backed up by analysis and vice versa.

Tadek Ocean Engineering have been supporting a floating offshore wind farm project in the Mediterranean Sea for the past year through Project Engineer Jake Rowland-Crosby. The work has been principally project engineering support, planning and proceduralising the various phases of the work; with some analysis support from the nav archs to develop bollard pull estimates and operability studies.

Jake has just disembarked the Maersk Mariner, after a successful anchor and mooring line installation operation for Phase 1 of the works. Jake is immensely proud to have supported the scope from FEED, detailed engineering, planning, mobilisation and execution. He was part of a brilliant offshore team, led professionally, efficiently and safely by Maersk Supply Service and he will continue to support to close out through to as-built reporting. Then – onto the next phase !
