About the Role
As an Analysis Engineer at Tadek, you’ll join our UK-based analysis team to deliver high-quality engineering insight across complex offshore operations. You’ll support installation analysis for a wide range of offshore energy projects — including heavy lift, floatover, mooring, cable, and subsea installation scopes. This role offers strong technical development, exposure to advanced simulation and modelling, and the opportunity to contribute to safe and efficient offshore execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform installation analyses and feasibility studies using OrcaFlex
- Develop static and dynamic models of offshore operations
- Assess structural integrity, dynamic response, and operational risk
- Define and optimise installation sequences and methodologies
- Develop Python tools for model generation and data processing
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with project engineers and support offshore operations when required
- Develop innovative solutions to reduce risk and cost in complex offshore operations
- Stay up to date with industry standards, technology, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering
- 0–8 years of professional experience in Naval Architecture or offshore engineering (0+ -Graduate, 1-5 years – Junior, 5-8 years – Intermediate)
- Experience in a consulting or offshore energy environment is desirable
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Skills
- Experience using OrcaFlex for offshore installation analysis
- Strong understanding of offshore engineering principles and installation methods
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing
- Experience with tools such as Mathcad, AutoCAD, Maxsurf or Rhino
- Familiarity with offshore code and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Metocean conditions and process data (desirable)

Essential Information
- Location: Woking, Surrey (office base with hybrid/remote flexibility).
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week). Additional hours may be required during project execution phases.
- Travel: International travel including offshore/off-site locations may be required.
